We post to the following platforms: Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Profile, LinkedIn Pages, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, and Tumblr. You can choose up to 7 platforms, but we recommend that you focus on 3 to 5. However, you can choose to post to as few as 1 platform. Our service is very flexible.

We can post to pre-existing accounts. We'll need you to add us as a manager. We'll go through the steps with you. If you also want to post to platforms where you do not already have an account, we can set one up for you. We charge a one-time fee of $50 per new account. You can always start with one platform and upgrade to additional platforms later. Your monthly fee will not change, but we will charge you to set up the new accounts unless you create it on your own. Please keep in mind that some platforms, like Facebook, only allow one Personal Profile account, but you can add as many Business Pages to that account as desired. Visitors will not see your personal account if they are trying to view your business page.

That's up to you. We will post once a day to each account that you select. However, feel free to add your own additional posts if you desire. Maybe, you want to share photos from a local celebration your business supported, or you want to share an employee's accomplishments. These, along with before and after pictures of projects you complete, are great ways to increase engagement with the visitors to your social media page. But, if you choose to post nothing, that's absolutely fine. Know that once a day, we'll be sharing educational or fun posts with your visitors.

Once you provide the access we need to each of your chosen social media profiles, expect us to begin posting within 2 - 3 business days.

Yes, absolutely! Photos are a great addition to social media pages. They help visitors feel even more connected to your business and employees. You should post news about special events, community involvement by your business, new services or products you're offering, employee news, before and after projects, sales and other special offers - basically anything we don't have access to. The point of our service is to take the pressure off your business needing to find time and content to post regularly. Our services supplement anything you want to post. You can continue to post the same way you always have without affecting anything we're posting for you.

Yes, every post will feature your logo and a few comments. We can invite visitors back to your website with a link to, for example, read an article that goes into more detail than the social media posts.

Yes, we do offer that service for an additional fee of $150 each month. When you purchase our daily social media posting for contractors service, you will have two options: daily posting only or daily posting plus two related new articles each month. The articles will be about 500 words each, SEO optimized for search engines, and GEO (generative) optimized for AI search engines. For WordPress websites, we can posts the articles for you, or you can have your own IT person post them for WordPress and non-WordPress sites.

Our goal is to provide a seamless, simplified process for ensuring you have engaging posts to your accounts daily. We use automatic billing to ensure that process proceeds smoothly every month. Your monthly billing date will always be the date you started. That means different clients will start on different days. If we needed to implement this process manually, we would need to hire a full-time employee just to do billing. This would result in increased costs for us and you. So we set up everyone on auto-billing for month-to-month services. It's just more efficient and cost effective for both of us.

Absolutely. There are no contracts to hold you. If you're not happy, you can cancel at any time. That will stop any future billing for posting, but it will not result in a refund of payments for the current month. We do ask that you give the posting at least three months to see some traction. It takes time to train platforms to show your posts regularly and to a growing audience. Visitors also need time to get used to seeing you post regularly and read follow-up articles when they are available. If you ever want to cancel, just give us written notice (email is fine!), and we’ll part as friends.
